Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, orders, delivery and installation carried out by Taylor's of Keith.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the measurements taken at the property and the products specified at the time. If the specification, the room sizes or the sub-floor condition change, we will tell you and reissue the quote before any work goes ahead.
Measuring
We measure the property ourselves before ordering. Where a customer supplies their own measurements, we cannot be responsible for shortfalls or wastage arising from them.
Orders and deposits
An order is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and any agreed deposit has been paid. Special orders and made-to-measure items are ordered to your specification and cannot normally be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install across Moray and Aberdeenshire on an agreed date. Please make sure rooms are clear and accessible. We remove packaging, and where agreed in the quote we lift and dispose of old flooring or furniture.
Interest-free credit
Interest-free credit is available on selected furniture and flooring, and 12 months interest-free is available on full home furnishing projects. Credit is subject to status and the finance provider's own terms and conditions apply.
Pricing and payment
Prices are as stated on your written quote and include the items listed there. The balance is due as set out on the quote or invoice unless a credit agreement is in place.
Guarantees and faults
Products carry the manufacturer's guarantee where one applies, and our own installation work is carried out to a professional standard. If something is not right, contact us and we will come and look at it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
