What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address or town of the property, and a description of the work you need. If you buy from us we also keep the information needed to fulfil the order, such as the delivery address and installation date.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, to measure, quote and carry out the work, to arrange delivery and installation, and to keep records of what we supplied for guarantee and aftercare purposes. If you apply for interest-free credit, the finance provider will handle its own application information under its own privacy terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to complete your order, for example with a manufacturer or delivery partner, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful in answering you. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, guarantee and aftercare purposes.
